Bob’s is coming to your doorstep.

A love letter, delivered

Since 1975, Bob’s Adult Bookstore has been Salem’s worst-kept secret and best-loved indulgence: a judgment-free sanctuary of toys, lubricants, lingerie, novelties and the sort of gifts you don’t mention at the office party. Fifty years of curated delight, and for every one of them you’ve had to find a parking spot first.

No longer. Very soon, a hand-picked selection of our best sellers will be available to order through the DoorDash app — browsed from the sofa, chosen in your slippers, and carried to your door by a Dasher who, we promise, has delivered far stranger things than happiness.

What’s on the menu?

Think of it as our greatest hits album. The headliners our regulars ask for by name, the quiet achievers that keep coming back to the counter, and a few showstoppers we simply couldn’t leave out. Among the cast:

• Lubricants for every occasion, from “a gentle Tuesday” to “we cleared the weekend.”
• Toys that buzz, hum, pulse and generally outperform your streaming queue.
• Essentials and enhancers — the practical, the playful, and the please-hurry.
• Novelties and gifts for birthdays, bachelorettes and brilliantly bad ideas.

The full lineup is being polished, priced and photographed as we speak. Consider this your backstage pass.

Why join the list?

Because the best things in life deserve a little anticipation — and because the people on this list will be the very first to know the moment our DoorDash doors swing open. One email on launch day, sent with a flourish. No spam, no sharing your address with anyone, no awkward subject lines. We are, above all things, discreet.

Can’t wait?

We admire the enthusiasm.
